New Jersey Journal of Public Health welcomes submissions of original research, policy analysis, and practice-based evidence relevant to public health in New Jersey. 

Manuscripts should be submitted as Word (.docx) files 

Double spaced, 12-point font

References formatted using APA style

Remove author identifiers from the manuscript for blinded review

Authors invited to revise a manuscript following editorial or peer review should submit the revised manuscript by replying to the editorial decision email. 

Please reply to the initial decision email and attach the following:

1. Clean revised manuscript: a complete version of the revised manuscript with all changes incorporated and track changes turned off.

2. Tracked-changes version: a copy of the revised manuscript showing changes made since the previous submission using Microsoft Word's track changes feature. To help preserve author anonymity during peer review, please remove names and other identifying information from tracked changes and comments before submission.

3. Response to reviewers and editors: a brief point-by-point response describing how the requested revisions were addressed. If the authors elect not to make a requested change, please briefly explain the rationale.

The receiving editor may remove author-identifying information and document metadata from revised manuscripts before they are sent to reviewers.
